Orange Density Foam-  (EPS Alternative) If you want that EPS weight with all the performance of a normal PU blank, this foam is for you. Our orange density was designed for top level surfers of the World Championship Tour. For those demanding the lightest surfboard possible made out of polyurethane foam. Works great in carbon construction applications! *not available in longboards or eggs

Yellow Density Foam-  (High Performance) Widely used for pro rider’s shortboards, our “Yellow” product might be considered the lightest and polyurethane foam surfboard on the planet. The popularity of this foam is continually growing.

Green Density Foam-  (Standard) This is the median density foam in our line up. It has a familiar weight, flex, and responsiveness to the everyday surfer. Our green density provides high paddling buoyancy and lively surfing response on a wave making this the foam the choice for hard core to recreational surfers.

Blue Density Foam-  (Classic) is considered excellent for compression strength. While our yellow and green densities are commonly used in manufacturing shortboards and mid-lengths, more conservative manufacturers feel that dent free longboards should be made from BLUE FOAM. This heaver density can also pair itself with a lighter glass job to cut material costs while maintaining a similar strength. l

Purple Density Foam-  What we now refer to as “the logger formula” was developed from the original 1960’s Malibu (longboard) foam. Similar foam blanks were historically glassed with two layers of ten ounce on the deck and one layer of ten on the bottom for weight and strength. While all that may be outdated, the surfers that crave a bit more weight in their boards love these blanks. Many of our longboard craftsman and riders swear on this stuff.
