Every polyurethane foam blank starts with a mix of two liquids: a polyol and an isocyanate. Now, our polyol is pretty special—it’s over 80% recycled material from the packaging industry. The rest is made up of fresh polyol, some additives, and water. The isocyanate we use? It’s 60% made from bio-based materials.

What does that mean for your board? Well, at least two-thirds of it comes from recycled sources, which is great news for the environment.
